  • Aren't all schools the same? What makes your school different?
    You will find that most schools offer similar study materials and put you through a similar study process. What sets our school apart from all the others is the quality of our programs. Due to the experience of our head instructor who has 30 years experience as a licensed real estate salesperson/broker, and 10 years as a licensed real estate instructor, you'll find our program to be much easier to understand and much more focused as to what you'll need to know when taking the state exam.
  • How much is tuition?
    Salesperson 60-Hour Pre License: $320 plus textbooks. Textbooks: Buy for $60 (includes AL Law Book and Mastering Real Estate Principles) 30-Hour Post License: $175. Broker 60-Hour Prelicense: $320 plus textbooks Cram Class: $75 (non-students) Reciprocal License: $75 Continuing Education: $30 per class
  • What are my payment options?
    We accept Visa or Mastercard, personal checks or cash.
  • Do I have to pay the entire tuition when I register?
    For the prelicense course, students may pay $320 when they apply for enrollment, or students may pay $200 when they apply for enrollment and pay the balance within one week from the date that you start. Payments made by credit card do not quality for the payment plan. A late fee will be charged for balances not paid within four weeks.
  • What is the refund policy?
    For the first 24 hours after a student registers, if they opt to cancel enrollment, they will be given a refund, minus books and application fee. After 2 days, they will be given a refund, minus the application fee, books, and classes attended. NO REFUND will be given after four weeks.
  • How do I enroll?
    Simply stop by our main campus at 900 Hillcrest Road, Suite A3 in Mobile and complete and application and choose which class schedule and school location fits your life best.
  • When are the classes?
    We offer night classes every 7-10 weeks. Our night class in Mobile are on Tuesday & Thursdays from 6:00pm-9:30pm. A Cram class is included in the tuition for the Professional School of Real Estate students. For students not enrolled with the school, CRAM is available for a fee.
  • How fast can I get the sales license in my hands?
    You can get a license in as little as 11 weeks. The specific time frame is based on completing the 60 Hour Pre License course, which can be completed in a minimum of 10 weeks and then applying for the state examm, which generally takes an additional week before you'll actually take the exam.
  • How much does it cost to take the state exam?
    The examination fee is $76
  • What is the passing grade for the state exam?
    The passing grade is 70%. You will be given 3 1/2 hours to take the test.
  • What real estate fields would I be able to work in once I receive my license?
    The license will allow you to work in many real estate activities, examples: home sales, commercial property, industrial properties, leasing, property management, subdivision property, mortgage loan brokering etc.
  • What is the difference between a sales agent's license and broker's license?
    The sales agent license will allow you to work in the real estate field as an agent. However, your license must be placed with a broker in order for it to become active. The broker's license will allow you to work independently and represent yourself in a transaction. It will allow you to open up; an office and hire sales agents.
  • What are the requirements to be eligible to obtain a real estate license?
    You must be 19 years of age and a US citizen. You must be a US Citizen or a person who is legally present in the US with appropriate documentation, or is an alien with permanent resident status. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent. You cannot have been convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude. You cannot have any real estate or other professional license revoked in any state in the past 2 years. You must complete a 60 Hour Pre License course approved by the Alabama Real Estate commission within 12 months. You must pass the inhouse test with a score of 80% or better and receive a certificate of completion issued by the approved school. You must take and pass the Alabama state exam within 6 months of completion of the 60 Hour Pre License course. After applying for a temporary license, complete post license training within 12 months.
